BIS Written Exam Cancelled, Latest Update on Scientists-B Recruitment

The Bureau of Indian Standards, in their latest Notice, has announced that the Scientists B Exam, which was going to be held on 15th April 2018, now stands cancelled! This notice was released on 13th April 2018, addressed to all the applicants. BIS has not mentioned any new dates. They have also not mentioned about any refund of the fees, in their Official Notice.
